Contract Quilting for Mattress Components
Costa International is preparing to offer contract quilting for mattress manufacturers and related production needs, with flexible programs built around customer specifications.
Discuss Your Quilting NeedsQuilting Built Around Your Requirements
Whether you need ongoing production support or a program developed around a particular construction, Costa International can coordinate quilting requirements alongside the materials and components your operation already uses.
Final specifications, patterns, materials, widths, quantities, and scheduling will be reviewed with each customer. The service is currently being prepared for launch, and early inquiries are welcome.
Multiple Quilting Formats
Programs will be structured around the finished component your production requires.

Mattress-Panel Quilting
Quilted mattress panels produced to customer specifications for use in a range of mattress constructions.
Panels With or Without Flange
Panel programs can be discussed with or without flange depending on your production process and component requirements.
From Specification to Production
Every program begins with a clear understanding of the materials, construction, dimensions, quantities, and delivery needs involved.
